About the role:

In this role as Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence activities in modelling and integration, creating reporting environments and predictive models for business decisions and operations. You will implement new technologies in advanced analytics and predictive modelling using AI and ML. Next to this you will be the driving force in processing and presenting the data to our departments in a way that will support better business decision making. You will deal with multiple internal stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure the organization is provided with the right insights enabling business growth.


Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive models within our environment.
  • Drive reporting and analytics that is aligned with business needs.
  • Build dashboards and reports around growth initiatives and business priorities.
  • Manage the relationship with key stakeholders in order to gather and guide reporting and analytical requirements
  • Keep up to date with the developments in the source systems providing the opportunities for enhanced reporting
  • Advise on suitable reporting method; Report, Dashboard, self-service analytics and subsequently advise suitable reporting application
  • Drive projects to improve our Data Warehouse and ETL processes.

Job requirements

Who are you?

You are curious by nature, challenge assumptions, and make sure you understand the real business challenge before jumping into solutions. You have a passion for data, get excited by exploring complex predictive modelling while still being able to translate and explain this into actual business impact.


  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Software Engineer or comparable studies.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in an analytics role, performing data analysis and data science tasks.
  • Demonstrable technical experience using Python and building pipelines.
  • Demonstrable technical experience working with relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge in ML algorithms, frameworks and packages.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical background.
  • Experience working with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).
  • Experience with Cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, etc).
  • Experience working with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively about complex issues.
  • Act as a true business partner.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment.
  • You see the opportunity in situations where others would see a setback.
  • You are a ‘fixer’, think outside the box and not afraid to try new things that you never did before.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
