In the fast-paced world of online media, the Supply Partnership Team Leader will be responsible for identifying opportunities, manage publishers, and lead a team of supply partnership managers.

The perfect candidate will have proven experience working with direct mobile and display publishers and will have an extensive book of business.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of supply partnership managers
  • Recruit publishers and manage every aspect of the day-to-day operation
  • Manage multiple accounts, monitor publisher’s data performance along with analysing data of key metrics to identify and implement changes for increasing the performance
  • Analyse and optimize performance and revenue to constantly improve company and advertiser’s results
  • Initiate contact and negotiate terms with prospective advertisers by understanding advertiser needs, company needs, and tailoring the appropriate solution
  • Coordinate all pre-launch executions, including set-up of accounts/campaigns, integrations etc.
  • Work closely with CreativeClicks internal teams (Media departments, Marketing, etc.) to ensure advertisers expectations are communicated internally and KPI’s are achieved
  • Creativity. Looking for new angels, opportunities, and initiative approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the online marketing industry
  • At least 2 years’ experience in managing publishers
  • An extensive book of business
  • A great familiarity with industry’s verticals (Display/Performance/Mobile)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to manage large amounts of various publishers in parallel and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem solver with a make it happen attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative, and goal oriented.
