Job description
About Us
Creative Clicks is a leading global marketing agency with offices worldwide and 200+ professionals. Since 2009, we've been empowering brands, publishers, and marketers to attract and engage customers at scale with cutting-edge technology and creativity. We live by our Triple E philosophy: Energetic, Entrepreneurial, Experts. And our motto: One team. One dream.
The Role
We're looking for a QA Engineer to own quality across our web funnels, mobile app, and payment flows. In this role, you are the last line of defence before every release: you decide whether we ship, and you make sure fast iteration never comes at the cost of a broken checkout or a stuck subscription.
You'll work hand in hand with our backend, frontend, and Flutter developers, as well as the Funnel Ops team, to validate critical user journeys, reproduce the edge cases nobody else can, and steadily replace manual checks with automation. This is an AI-enabled role: you'll use AI tooling to generate test cases, speed up bug reproduction, and write automation scripts, so you spend more time on the hard problems and less on repetition.
Key Responsibilities
Own release QA: build test plans and regression suites, and make the go/no-go call for every release.
Validate our critical flows end to end: onboarding, paywalls, checkout, payments, and subscription state transitions.
Reproduce and document bugs clearly, coordinate fixes with engineering, and verify resolutions before they ship.
Grow our automation coverage: automate repetitive tests, maintain release checklists, and drive down escaped defects.
Classify bug severity and set the escalation path within QA's scope.
Document QA processes and playbooks in Confluence so quality practices scale with the team.
Use AI-enabled tooling to accelerate test coverage, bug reproduction, and scripting.
Job requirements
What We're Looking For
You are structured but pragmatic. You like breaking things on purpose, you don't sign off on something you haven't seen work, and you stay calm when a release is on the line.
Must-haves:
3+ years of experience in QA or test engineering for web and/or mobile products.
Hands-on experience testing payment and subscription flows with modern providers (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, or similar): checkout, card and wallet payments, 3DS, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and working with test modes and webhooks.
Experience building automated UI tests with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar, in JavaScript/TypeScript. Able to investigate unstable runs, fix flaky tests, and tell a broken test from a broken product.
Experience testing mobile applications (including Flutter) and web applications in browsers and in-app browsers, using real device clouds such as BrowserStack or LambdaTest.
Comfortable working with APIs and verifying behaviour through data: REST and GraphQL, querying services and admin tools, and checking analytics events.
Strong bug reporting skills: clear reproduction steps, severity assessment, and root-cause thinking.
Comfortable making and defending release readiness decisions with engineering and product stakeholders; experience in cross-functional teams with frequent releases.
Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Nice-to-haves:
Analytics and event verification: Mixpanel, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel.
Familiarity with products where a web funnel sells a subscription plus upsells, with content delivered via mobile and web apps. Experience with quiz-based funnels and performance marketing traffic.
CI and reporting: Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Allure, or similar.
Experience running load tests.
Experience using AI assistants for test generation, debugging, and QA workflows.
What Makes You Successful Here
At Creative Clicks, our top performers:
Take initiative and ownership.
Focus on solutions, not obstacles.

A place to learn, discover, and develop yourself.
Warm daily lunch in the office.
A fun, ambitious, and young team of colleagues.
A recently renovated, beautiful office just 2 minutes from Leidseplein in Amsterdam.
