About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Sales Operations & Client Delivery Specialist to support the growth of our Medicare lead and call marketplace. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our lead sales executive and coordinate across media, compliance, creative, and client services teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, asset management, and CMS-compliant campaign delivery for multiple Medicare buyers.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, process-driven environments, enjoy operational coordination and problem-solving, and can manage high-volume tasks with precision and accuracy. Experience in Medicare marketing, regulated industries, or compliance-heavy workflows is a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Onboarding

  • Manage onboarding and operational setup for new Medicare buyers.

  • Coordinate requirements, documentation, assets, and timelines.

  • Ensure clear communication across internal teams and clients.

Creative & Asset Management

  • Oversee intake, formatting, approval, deployment, and updates of creative assets.

  • Ensure all assets meet CMS requirements.

  • Track deadlines, approvals, and version control across multiple buyers.

CMS Compliance Coordination

  • Ensure creatives, scripts, messaging, and forms meet CMS guidelines.

  • Maintain approval documentation and logs.

  • Proactively flag compliance risks.

Workflow & Process Management

  • Build and maintain scalable workflows, trackers, and SOPs.

  • Improve processes around approvals, asset management, and cross-team coordination.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Act as the central coordination point across sales, compliance, media, and creative teams.

  • Join client calls during onboarding or clarification stages.

  • Based in North America (remote) or Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in operations, project coordination, sales support, or account coordination.

  • Lead generation or performance marketing experience.

  • Experience with legal/compliance-driven advertising workflows.

  • Proficient with project management tools and Google Sheets/Excel.

  • Familiarity with CMS review processes or Medicare compliance.

  • Background in regulated industries (Medicare, healthcare, finance, insurance, legal) preferred.

  • Basic creative editing (Canva; Figma/Adobe a plus).
