Content Management Internship

Paid, full‑time Internship – English speaking – February 2026 start

Overview

As a Content Management Intern at Creative Clicks, you will dive into the world of mobile value‑added services (mVAS) and gain hands‑on experience across both operational and business development tracks. You will support the creation, management, and optimization of mobile content portals used by millions of users worldwide, while assisting in research projects that help us build the next generation of content experiences.

This role is ideal for students who are analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how digital content, mobile user behavior, and operations work together within a fast‑moving tech environment.

Your Day‑to‑Day as a Content Management Intern

Operations

  1. Assist in creating and maintaining a detailed overview of our live content portals worldwide. Gather essential information such as content offerings, user engagement metrics, market presence, and supplier capabilities.

  2. Support the creation, localization, and translation of content portals to improve accessibility and user experience across multiple countries.

  3. Identify areas for improvement in our Content Management Systems (CMS), including adding missing descriptions, enhancing eLearning content, and using AI tools to optimize content workflows.

  4. Assist in preparing presentations and decks that showcase our value to content partners and mobile operators.

  5. Support service migrations across systems and suppliers, ensuring a smooth experience for end users.

  6. Collaborate closely with the Content Manager to maintain and update our existing content portfolio.

Business Development & Research

  1. Conduct research on emerging content trends within the mobile ecosystem, helping us identify new opportunities and areas for innovation.

  2. Explore how different content verticals perform across markets and analyze the connection between content performance and marketing approach.

  3. Contribute to market intelligence efforts by gathering industry insights, trends, and benchmarks.

  4. Assist with competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify gaps or opportunities.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or optimization opportunities.

  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally with Content and Operations teams.

  • Interest in digital operations, mobile content, and data‑driven environments.

  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Fundamentals (Requirements)

  • Currently enrolled throughout the internship in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Data Analytics/Science, or a related field.

  • Available from February 2026 to July 2026

  • Available 5–6 months, 32–40 hours per week.

  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
