About the Role This isn't a content manager role. It isn't a generalist marketing seat. As our Creative Strategist, you'll own the bridge between performance data and creative output — turning consumer insight, competitor analysis, and campaign results into concepts, hooks, and briefs that actually convert.
You'll work directly with Performance Marketing, Brand, Product, and the Founders to build and run a structured creative testing engine across paid social, video, and brand channels. You'll be measured on creative output velocity, hook win-rates, and the contribution of new concepts to blended ROAS and CAC.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end creative strategy for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) — from insight to brief to iteration
Translate audience research, customer reviews, competitor teardowns, and performance data into testable creative angles, hooks, and concepts
Write clear, hook-first briefs that creators, editors, UGC partners, and in-house designers can execute against
Run a structured testing cadence: hypothesis → concept → ship → read results → iterate. Weekly, not monthly
Identify winning angles and scale them across formats — static, UGC, founder-led, VSL, and motion
Stay closely connected to the German consumer: their tone, cultural references, and what actually stops the scroll
Maintain and evolve Creative Clicks' brand narrative and tone of voice across channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Brand, Product, and external creators or agencies
What You Bring
2+ years in a creative strategist role at a B2C scale-up, DTC/e-com brand, or performance creative agency
A demonstrable track record of creative concepts that moved performance metrics — bring examples: hooks, ads, before/after ROAS or CTR
Native-level German and full professional fluency in English — you can brief, present, and write copy in both
Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems — formats, what works, and why it works
A strong point of view on creative: you can defend a hook, kill a weak concept, and push back when needed
Comfortable with creative volume — this role ships dozens of concepts a month, not a handful
Ownership mindset: you write the briefs, you don't wait for them
Nice to Have
Experience directing UGC creators, editors, or freelance producers
Background in content strategy, editorial planning, or brand tracking
Familiarity with CapCut or Premiere at a working level
Startup or scale-up background
