Performance Design Internship 

Overview 

This internship is ideal for students who are interested in furthering their knowledge in performance marketing and design. Be at the fore-front of performance based marketing by learning from our in-house experts. This role is not only a learning opportunity, the goal is to create an opportunity for the internship to become a junior employment position after the successful completion of the internship.  As our Performance Design Intern, you’ll support the team by creating compelling designs that have impact.

🗓️ Your Day-to-day as a Performance Design Intern: 

Creative Design:   

• Edit videos using dynamic transitions, motion graphics, and text overlays that match the platform-specific style. 

• Design eye-catching static visuals optimized for different platforms. 

• Experiment with different design approaches, including split-testing ad creatives to determine what resonates most with the audience. 

Collaborate:  Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm and develop original creative concepts for ad campaigns.

• Curious: this internship will involve a lot of learning, staying curious about the industry, the platforms we use and the products we promote will keep you engaged  

• Ambition: the goal of this internship is to gain a junior position within the company following the internship so we are looking for students with long-term ambition and a growth mindset  
   

💯 Fundamentals (Requirements) 

• Currently enrolled throughout the internship in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related study (Marketing, Communications, Design etc..) at a Dutch University  

• Available for 6 months for 32-40 hours per week 

• Available from February 2026 - August 2026

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
