Business Development Executive 

Location: Toronto (Hybrid) 
Experience: 0 – 2 years

Creative Clicks scales digital products and performance‑driven businesses across mobile, lead generation, lifestyle, and enterprise
Our US team focuses on mobile performance, CPA/CPI partnerships, and enterprise advertisers, working across high‑volume, results‑oriented commercial models. 

We’re expanding our commercial team with a Business Development Executive who will support revenue growth, build new partnerships, and help scale our US commercial pipeline. 

This is a handson, executionfocused role, ideal for someone ready to own deals and grow fast in a performance environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. New Business Development 

  • Support the full acquisition cycle for new advertisers: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing 

  • Build and manage an advertiser pipeline across mobile performance, CPA/CPI, and highvalue verticals 

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and industry connections 

  • Assist in closing commercial opportunities together with senior BD and Sales leadership 

2. Revenue & Growth Support 

  • Contribute directly to revenue growth by activating new commercial opportunities 

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support growth objectives 

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM 

3. Market & Relationship Development 

  • Build strong relationships with advertisers and partners 

  • Support upsell and cross‑sell initiatives within active accounts 

  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy 

 

What You Bring 

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles 

  • Exposure to performance marketing, mobile UA, affiliate marketing, or digital media 

  • Understanding of CPA, CPI, CPL, and performancebased models 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities 

  • Experience working with CRM tools
