Manna is a performance marketing and lead generation agency focused on helping businesses grow through high‑quality customer acquisition. We work with B2B companies in healthcare, home improvement, and insurance industries where trust, quality, and long‑term value matter.
What we actually do is simple:
we generate, optimize, and scale leads for our partners using performance marketing, data, and technology. We don’t sell branding or awareness for its own sake; we build measurable growth systems that deliver real customers and real revenue.
Internally, Manna brings together sales, marketing strategy, media buying, operations, and tech into one integrated growth engine. We combine human expertise with an AI‑first approach, embedding automation and data intelligence into how campaigns are built, launched, optimized, and scaled.
We don’t aim for short‑term wins or transactional deals.
We build long‑term partnerships where performance, accountability, and results are non‑negotiable.
The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a true hunter mentality. This is not a support role and not a junior training position. You will be responsible for actively generating new business, owning the full sales cycle, and converting prospects into long‑term clients.
You should already be comfortable with outbound sales, lead generation, pitching, and closing. You know how to handle rejection, push deals forward, and build a pipeline without being micromanaged.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, closing, and early account handover
Actively generate and qualify new leads across key verticals (health, hearing, home improvement, insurance, subscription services)
Book and run qualified new business meetings independently
Close new clients and build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
Grow initial deals into longer‑term partnerships in collaboration with account management
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data in HubSpot (100% activity tracking, realistic pipeline)
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, decks, and follow‑ups
Support Insertion Orders (IOs) and commercial documentation
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
Consistently generating your own pipeline through outbound efforts
Closing new business and contributing €100K+ in incremental gross profit
Building repeatable sales momentum, not one‑off wins
Becoming a trusted commercial counterpart for prospects and internal teams
Profile We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
Proven outbound experience (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
Comfortable pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
Strong commercial instinct – you know how to spot opportunities and push them forward
Resilient, competitive, and self‑driven (“hunter” mindset)
Clear, confident communicator in English
Lives in or near Amsterdam
Bonus

Background in B2B services or agency environments
