About the Role As our Creative Strategist, you'll sit at the heart of how Creative Clicks shows up in the world. This isn't a pure creative role, and it isn't a pure strategy role — it's both. You'll shape the ideas that become campaigns, craft the narratives that connect our brand to real people, and make sure every creative output ladders up to a clear strategic purpose. 

You'll work closely with Product, Growth, Design, and Brand to develop creative concepts that perform. If you thrive when strategy meets storytelling, and you get restless when great work lacks purpose, this role is for you. 

What You'll Do 

  • Develop creative strategies for brand campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives 

  • Translate business objectives and audience insights into compelling creative briefs 

  • Partner with designers and copywriters to ensure creative output is both inspired and on-strategy 

  • Lead ideation sessions and champion bold, differentiated ideas 

  • Define channel strategies and tailor messaging for social, paid, email, and content 

  • Analyse campaign performance and use data to iterate and improve 

  • Maintain and evolve Creative Clicks' tone of voice and brand narrative 

  • Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers when needed 

What You Bring 

  • 4+ years in a creative strategy, brand strategy, or creative planning role 

  • Strong ability to bridge insight and execution you can write a brief and pitch the idea 

  • Exceptional storytelling skills, written and verbal 

  • Familiarity with performance marketing and how creative drives results 

  • Confident in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders 

  • Curious, empathetic mindset with a genuine interest in people and culture 

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment 

  • Ownership mindset you take ideas from brief to live 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in digital products, apps, or consumer tech brands 

  • Background in content strategy or editorial planning 

  • Startup or scale-up background 

  • Exposure to brand tracking, market research, or cultural strategy
