Payment Operations Specialist

Location: Amsterdam or Remote

About the Role

You’re the operational engine that keeps our global payment ecosystem running smoothly, clean, and scalable. At Creative Clicks, payments fuel our products, and we’re growing fast.

As our Payment Operations Specialist, you’ll run multiple onboarding tracks with external providers, secure flawless integrations, and make sure performance stays razor‑sharp across markets. You’ll spot anomalies before they become problems, align internal teams, document like a machine, and push go‑lives over the finish line.

What You’ll Do

Vendor & Onboarding

  • Drive end‑to‑end onboarding for external payment providers (contracts, docs, integrations, timelines).

  • Maintain and evolve our scalable onboarding playbook reusable, clean, and future‑proof.

Performance & Incident Management

  • Monitor key payment KPIs (approval, conversion, decline mix, latency) using BI dashboards.

  • Investigate anomalies, escalate to Product/Tech/BI/Operations, and push improvements.

Internal Coordination

  • Manage all documentation streams with Legal, Finance, and Product.

  • Collaborate with Tech & BI to secure smooth integrations, reporting, and monitoring.

  • Handle provider portal needs (KYC, risk, compliance, reporting updates).

Point of Contact

  • Be the operational POC for provider queries & payment issues.

  • Deliver crisp, no‑fluff status updates and risk notes to stakeholders.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1–3 years in vendor/supplier management within e‑commerce or digital services (payments = a big plus).

  • A hyper‑organized project coordinator who can juggle multiple streams without dropping the ball.

  • Data‑driven mindset — BI dashboards don’t scare you.

  • Problem‑solver with a “let’s test and see what works” mentality.

  • Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.

  • Strong communication & cross‑functional collaboration skills.

  • Fluent English.
