Product Owner

The Role

We're looking for a Product Owner who can sit at the center of the room, translating what stakeholders need into what the dev team actually builds. You'll own the product vision, the backlog, and the relationships that keep both moving in the same direction.

What You'll Own

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy with stakeholders

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, keeping requirements clear and actionable

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer support to gather and refine requirements

• Lead sprint planning, giving the team clarity on features and acceptance criteria

• Write detailed user stories that meet the team's Definition of Ready

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement from it

• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging tech

• Be the go-to point of contact for the dev team, unblocking questions as they come up

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong grasp of Agile principles and methodologies

• Sharp communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Comfortable in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools

• Front-end technology affinity is a plus
