Location: Toronto (Hybrid preferred, remote considered)
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, early-career professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset who is eager to learn the Creative Clicks way of building and nurturing client relationships. You will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking first calls with prospects across mobile, digital, and performance marketing industries.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in mobile and digital advertising.
Use third party tools including but not limited to HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Premium) to identify and engage potential clients.
Prospect and create lead lists, both from assigned sources and through self-driven research.
Leverage platforms such as Appfigures and mobile signal tools to research and qualify prospects.
Upload prospect data into CRM and maintain accurate records.
Craft and send outreach emails, ensuring personalized and professional communication.
Analyze lead generation performance and suggest improvements to targeting and data quality.
Book first calls and support hand-off to senior sales team members.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and outreach strategies.
Job requirements
Qualifications
Early career professional with interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
Familiarity with HubSpot and LinkedIn is strongly preferred.
Commercial mindset with curiosity for mobile marketing and digital advertising.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning new platforms (Appfigures, mobile signal tools, etc.).
Bonus: Experience with MMP or DSP platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
