Job description

We are looking for a driven (Senior) Business Development professional with 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (sales) to help grow our mobile performance and enterprise business. In this role, you will take ownership of identifying new revenue opportunities, building a strong advertiser pipeline, and closing deals that directly support our growth goals. You will develop senior-level relationships with key prospects, manage the full sales cycle, and execute commercial initiatives that expand our market reach.

You will assess new markets and segments, represent the company at industry events, and contribute to long-term customer value through structured upsell and cross-sell efforts. The role also includes identifying strategic partnerships and collaborating with global teams to share insights and scale successful approaches across markets.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven self-starter who turns opportunities into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Revenue Enablement

· Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support revenue goals.

· Identify and activate new revenue opportunities with a focus on scalable, repeatable growth.

New Business Development

· Oversee the full cycle of acquiring new advertisers, building and maintaining a strong, relevant pipeline.

· Build solid senior-level relationships with key prospects and industry decision-makers.

· Carry out commercial initiatives that directly drive revenue and expand market reach.

Market Expansion

· Assess markets, segments, and verticals to pinpoint areas with real growth potential.

· Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and create new commercial opportunities.

Customer Growth & Retention

· Maintain a customer-first approach to improve satisfaction and reduce churn.

· Drive additional revenue through structured upsell and cross-sell efforts within key accounts.

Strategic Partnership Development

· Identify and develop partnerships that support commercial goals.

· Work with global teams to share opportunities and help scale successful partnership models across the region

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales of intangible products, media, internet services, and affiliate marketing.

  • Proven sales track record with strong closing skills and a logical, consultative approach.

  • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing and Cost Per Action (CPA) models.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with efficiency.

  • Proficient with online tools and CRM systems.

  • Post-secondary education preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
